IMR specializes in Press Rebuilding Services. Our Rebuild Services are available to keep your equipment running and profitable. IMR, Inc. offers full service rebuilds of all stamping press components including gears, crankshafts, clutches, brakes, backshafts, rams, adjusting screws and nuts, pitmans, lubrication and pneumatic systems, etc.
IMR, Inc.’s staff of qualified millwrights and machinists are available to fully rebuild stamping presses. Presses are fully disassembled at our facility and inspected for excessive wear to bearings, gears, clutches, and brake components. Perishable bearings and other components are replaced or rebuilt.
IMR Service Fleet consists of mobile cranes ranging up to 15 tons with fork truck capacity up to 40,000 pounds as part of our fleet of tractors and trailers.
Press components, controls, and safety equipment can be updated to current standards; press controls and components can also be reworked to change a press per customer requirements. This includes changes in stroke length, press speed, brake time, variable speed control, etc.
