IMR provides Stamping Press Repair and other related press room equipment. Our Repair Services are available to keep your equipment running and profitable. IMR, Inc. offers full service repair of all stamping press components including gears, crankshafts, clutches, brakes, backshafts, rams, adjusting screws and nuts, pitmans, lubrication and pneumatic systems, etc.

Cracked or broken press crankshafts can be repaired as well as most all other press parts.  We can perform welding and machining repairs to bring press parts back to original specification.

All repaired parts will be checked for size and quality before assembly begins.  Sub assemblies will be fit to engineered tolerances before installing them in the frame for final adjustments for proper running clearance and operation.  Rebuilt metal stamping presses will be test run in our plant before final customer run off and acceptance.

Rebuilt metal stamping press often include installing new controls, lube systems, pneumatics and new clutch & brake assemblies.  Rebuilding an older metal stamping press can provide a better return on investment than purchasing a newer press because of the durability and heavier construction of the old press.

IMR Service Fleet consists of mobile cranes ranging up to 15 tons with fork truck capacity up to 40,000 pounds as part of our fleet of tractors and trailers.
